Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper who is passionate about outdoor work and eager to grow with our company. This role involves hands-on landscaping, lawn care, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks: mowing, edging, fertilizing, and turf maintenance.
• Conduct landscape maintenance: pruning, trimming, and plant health care.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery (e.g., excavators).
• Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems for proper coverage.
• Maintain gardens: planting, mulching, and seasonal updates.
• Execute commercial and residential pressure washing.
• Construct hardscape features: patios, walkways, retaining walls, and sod installation.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance.
• Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Familiarity with landscaping principles, tree care, and garden management.
• Experience in irrigation installation and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Knowledge of pressure washing operations (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in hardscape or general construction (advantageous).
• Valid Driver's License (required).
