Job Description:
As the Landscape Lead/Driver, you’ll be responsible for supervising and guiding a crew of landscape technicians while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. You will be hands-on with a variety of landscaping equipment, and will play a key role in managing project timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to client specifications.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and other machinery.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with landscape design implementation, including planting, mulching, trimming, and hardscape installation.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Keep track of equipment maintenance and report any issues or needs for repair.
• Train new crew members on proper equipment handling, landscaping techniques, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.).
• Ability to speak with customers in professional manner & upsell services
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both team members and clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high-quality work.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators).
• Knowledge of landscaping design and installation techniques.
• Irrigation Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
