Position Summary
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces at our client properties. This position plays a key role in the overall appearance and upkeep of the grounds we service. Ideal candidates are punctual, safety-minded, and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care, such as mowing, trimming, edging, and applying bark as needed
• Maintain flower beds and landscape features
• Prune trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed
• Remove weeds, debris, and seasonal buildup
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Basic Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle between properties
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
• Regular, on-time attendance as scheduled

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and safety practices
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with applicable federal and state laws (includes marijuana)

Schedule

• Full-time (typically Monday–Friday, day shifts)
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed; overtime as needed

• All positions at our company are paid and classified as at-will employment.
• The duties described are general in nature and may be adjusted based on business needs, consistent with applicable laws.
• Relocation to the Salem, OR area is required before the start date
