Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, edging, aerating, and other landscaping activities
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules
• Assist with gardening projects by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays
• Ensure all grounds are clean and free of debris through regular trash removal and sweeping
• Support general maintenance duties including equipment upkeep

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care practices is a plus
• Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds upkeep
• Ability to follow safety guidelines while handling equipment and chemicals
