Job Summary

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep grounds looking immaculate
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, trimming, and soil preparation
• Conduct regular lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy growth
• Maintain garden beds by planting new greenery, mulching, weeding, and seasonal clean-up
• Assist with landscaping projects including installation of new features or plantings under supervision
• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and lawn care equipment is highly desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces
