We are seeking a dedicated seasonal Landscaper/Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty and upkeep of our stunning property. This role is responsible for preserving the pristine landscaping and ensuring the grounds remain safe, clean, and inviting for guests.

What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks
- Perform routine landscaping maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering schedules and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Keep grounds clean and free of debris, including pathways, gardens, and outdoor common areas.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Monitor and report any issues related to grounds, facilities, or safety hazards.
- Assist with seasonal landscaping needs, including leaf removal, and planting.
- Ensure proper storage and care of all tools, equipment, and materials.
- Complete assigned tasks and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall aesthetic and function of the property.
- Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
- Other tasks as assigned.
The Nitty Gritty
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to [Weight - e.g., 50 pounds] regularly.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
