We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control to keep grounds looking pristine.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees, and shrubbery to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment like trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely.
• Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls by cleaning and minor repairs.
• Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for visitors.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant care, tree trimming techniques, and landscape design is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and safety standards.
