Landscaper/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about outdoor work and possess a strong willingness to learn and grow in the landscaping field. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and care, contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Carry out tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper water distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols while working with equipment and in various outdoor conditions.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge to maintain landscaping equipment and tools effectively.
• Experience or willingness to learn about hardscape installation techniques.
• Proficiency in tree trimming practices and tree care fundamentals.
• Ability to operate power tools such as saws, blowers, and trimmers safely.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
