Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our commercial clients are not only satisfied but also thriving. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships, and identifying new opportunities to grow our business. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with commercial clients.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Present proposals to expand services within current accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Share client feedback and requirements to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Track account performance and provide regular reports to clients and leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Landscaping industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – a great bonus for connecting with a wider range of clients.
  • Experience with Aspire or similar software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
