Landscaping & Concrete Pool Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Landscaping Works:

• Supervise softscape and hardscape activities
• Coordinate installation of interlock, tiles, kerbstone, irrigation systems, and planting
• Ensure proper soil preparation and leveling
• Monitor plant quality and maintenance works
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors

Concrete Pool Works:

• Supervise excavation and shuttering works
• Monitor steel fixing and reinforcement as per drawings
• Ensure proper concrete pouring and curing
• Check waterproofing and finishing works
• Coordinate MEP works related to pool (plumbing & electrical)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

General Responsibilities:

• Read and understand construction drawings
• Manage labor and daily site activities
• Maintain daily site reports
• Ensure material availability and stock control
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with project manager and consultants

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in landscaping & swimming pool construction
• Knowledge of concrete works and site supervision
• Ability to read drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• UAE experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Knowledge of pool finishing (tiles, mosaic, coping)
• Basic knowledge of BOQ and material estimation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
