Landscaping Crew Member

We are looking for skilled individuals who MUST have experience in the landscape field and we are looking to pay well. Our clients are mostly high end residential clients who expect a friendly, reliable, honest service while providing the highest level of quality work. We are looking for an employee that can grow with the company showing passion in their work. Being friendly with the customers (strong customer service relations) and perfecting every last detail in the service has led us to the success we have had. We are a first class service.

Requirements:
1. Must have previous landscape experience (with weed wackers, edgers, & commercial rider/walk behind mowers)
2. We do not pay under the table, all paychecks are processed through our payroll company.
3. Must have a valid drivers license and a personal car.
4. Hard working, honest, friendly characteristics towards our customers, our current employees and towards our well maintained equipment. We want a crew that executes jobs with the highest level of quality, while taking care of our customers. It plays a big role in the mission statement of the company.
5. An individual who is on time everyday and take care of our employees. We start at 7:15am every morning, Monday-Friday (sometimes Saturday)

Training is provided upon hire of potential employee. We pay our employees top pay contingent upon what they can do for us. We want you to grow with the company and showing us your true potential, we are happy to compensate more.
