Job Overview
We are seeking a Landscaping Crew Supervisor to lead our crew. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive a truck and trailer, motivate your crew to deliver exceptional results and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside landscaping crew.
• Drive a truck and trailer while following a daily schedule.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across all job sites to maintain a secure working environment.
• Provide mentorship to team members on equipment operation and customer service.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work and address any issues promptly to uphold company standards.

Experience

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate crew members.
• Strong background in landscape maintenance and equipment operation.
• Prior experience operating a zero turn lawn mower, weed whacker, edger, and blower.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer.

**Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid drivers license.
