Landscaping Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including planting, irrigation, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of plants, trees, and shrubs according to design specifications.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas as needed to promote healthy plant growth.
• Conduct tree trimming and care activities to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
• Participate in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power equipment, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance.
• A valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles or equipment.
