Landscaping Manager

Conduct site visits to evaluate existing landscape conditions, site measurements, and environmental factors.

2. Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, layouts, plans, and 3D visualizations.

3. Prepare drawings, sketches, planting schedules, material specifications, and cost estimates.

4. Select suitable plants, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, lighting, and outdoor features.

5. Present design proposals to clients and respond to modification requests or feedback.

6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

7. Monitor ongoing project progress to ensure alignment with approved design standards.

8. Ensure all designs comply with environmental, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

9. Maintain updated knowledge of horticulture, landscape trends, sustainability practices, and industry standards.

10. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or related field (preferred).

11. Proven experience in landscape design or similar role.

12. Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop).

13. Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape materials and irrigation systems.

14. Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design abilities.

15. Strong communication and presentation skills.

16. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
