Landscaping Manager

We are looking for an energetic, coachable, and team-oriented individual to lead our landscaping maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate landscaping equipment, including both large and small machinery, to ensure the upkeep of our outdoor areas

- Oversee day to day job operations

- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs

- Beautify commercial outdoor spaces and bring joy to customers

- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of plants, trees, and other outdoor features

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license

- Previous experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance

- Strong team leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- References that demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
