Hiring: Technical Engineer – Landscaping Industry

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000

A reputed Landscaping Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Engineer with strong expertise in landscape construction and project coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Landscape industry (UAE experience preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Agricultural / Landscape Engineering

Strong knowledge of landscape, irrigation, softscape & hardscape works

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong technical review and problem-solving ability

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Documentation:

Review and prepare shop drawings for softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works

Review and submit material submittals in line with project specifications

Prepare and track RFI (Request for Information) documents

Prepare method statements and other technical submissions

Ensure compliance with consultant comments and project standards

Maintain submission logs and proper documentation control

Project Coordination:

Supervise and guide the Engineering team

Attend technical meetings with clients and main contractors

Coordinate between site team, consultants, and contractors

Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Monitor project progress and ensure smooth workflow

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Support QA/QC inspections and documentation

Assist in variation claims and technical justifications when required
