Project Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Sr. Project Engineer with Experience in building Warehouse / Villa to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The candidate will ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising day-to-day site activities
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Prepare and review method statements and material submittals
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support in preparing progress reports and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements
• Handle technical queries and site-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and project documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in Warehouse/Villa
