Design De Lujo Building Contracting is an established Main Contractor based in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial building construction.

We have recently expanded our operations by opening a new branch under the name:

Al Injaz Al Sareeh Building Contracting – Ajman

We operate strictly as a Main Contractor (not a subcontractor) and manage projects from foundation to final handover.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer / Project Engineer with proven hands-on experience in G+5 building construction.

• Experience in G+5 projects is mandatory. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
• Experience in Ajman municipality projects is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing a full building project from excavation and foundation to final completion and handover.

What are We looking For

We are looking for a serious, technically strong engineer who understands site responsibility and can handle full building execution with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise full construction cycle of G+5 building projects
• Oversee site execution from excavation, foundation, structure, blockwork, plaster, MEP coordination, to finishing
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors on site
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and daily progress reports
• Conduct quality control inspections for all trades
• Ensure proper material management and site logistics
• Attend consultant and client meetings
• Coordinate inspections with Ajman Municipality and relevant authorities
• Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to UAE regulations
• Monitor cost control and minimize material wastage
• Prepare BOQs verification and quantity take-offs when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in G+5 building construction
• Proven experience managing a project independently
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards
• Experience dealing with Ajman Municipality (preferred)
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Immediate joiners preferred
