Job Overview
I am a landscaping business owner with strong marketing, sales and business growth strategy seeking a skilled Landscaping Installation specialist to work closely with on customer projects.

A brief professional background: I have built two other businesses, growing them to 7-figures in revenue and the plan is to do the same with Purpose Landscaping. This is an opportunity for a skilled landscape installer to work shoulder to shoulder with the owner and help grow an outdoor services business over the next 3-5 years. In addition to hourly pay, I am also awarding shares of stock in the business.

To apply you must be dedicated and skilled at complex hardscape installations including entire backyard and front yard custom landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of high-quality hardscape installation practices. This role involves various tasks related to the care and upkeep of landscapes, ensuring that our clients’ properties are aesthetically pleasing and built for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the owner/President on landscape design and project plans. We spend a lot of time planning out projects to ensure job sites run at high efficiency and utilization.
• You must know the entire installation process through to completion of paver and/or flagstone walkways, patios, retaining walls, steps, privacy trees and water features and tying them all together. Projects will often involve multiple hardscape installations.
• Must deliver outstanding customer service with homeowners and property managers.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining the highest in quality standards.

Requirements

• Highly competent in landscape / hardscape installations.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping tools and equipment effectively including skid steers, excavators, compactors, laser levels, concrete / paver saws.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service for homeowners.

Pay: $23.39 - $34.58 per hour
