I am a landscaping business owner with strong marketing, sales and business strategy acumen seeking a skilled Landscaping Installation specialist to work closely with on customer projects.

My preference is to help you setup your own LLC and subcontract jobs to you.

To apply you must be a dedicated and skilled at complex Landscape installations including entire backyard and front yard transformations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of hardscape installation practices. This role involves various tasks related to the care and upkeep of landscapes, ensuring that our clients’ properties are aesthetically pleasing and built for years to come. Deck and pergola construction is a plus.

Duties

• Perform landscape tasks such as design, installation and completion of paver and/or flagstone walkways, patios and retaining walls.
• Must be competent in complex hardscape installations.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape / hardscape installation or a related field of construction is required.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping tools and equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
