Job description

We are a small company that takes pride in our focus on details and customer satisfaction. We are looking for motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who are show up on time and reliable, open-minded, and willing to learn. We do yard clean up, planting, pruning, irrigation, insect and disease control, mowing, gravel work, flagstone and more. We are willing to train if you are not experienced.

We are bonded and insured, and for these reasons, we are looking for people who are not on probation or parole. Must have a reliable transportation to work and be available to work Monday - Friday. This is a year round landscaping job, since the company has work to do all throughout the year.

This position is full time and pays $15.00 per hour to start, with raises based on job performance and experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance
• Strong lawn care and gardening skills
• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating excavators
• Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree care practices
• Background in groundskeeping and construction techniques

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery, such as excavators, for various landscaping tasks.
• Implement irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Conduct tree care and groundskeeping activities to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and safely.
