We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscaping operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will manage a team of gardeners and landscapers to ensure the maintenance, development, and beautification of outdoor areas meet company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily landscaping and gardening activities, including planting, pruning, watering, mowing, and pest control.
- Plan and organize landscaping schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and soil conditions, ensuring optimal maintenance of green areas.
- Ensure all landscaping work complies with safety and environmental standards.
- Train and guide team members in proper horticultural techniques and equipment use.
- Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and contractors for landscaping projects and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, and prepare regular reports on site progress.
- Assist in landscape design implementation and seasonal planting plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple sites or projects.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
