Individual will effectively coordinate, supervise, and train assigned personnel in and during the performance of landscape activities including, but not limited to landscape construction, plant installation and maintenance.

Requirements including, but not limited to:
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Good written and oral communication necessary.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary!
- Time Management skills to oversee and keep 1-5 crew members busy.
- Understanding of landscape plans, designs, and proper horticultural techniques.
- Completing each project to client satisfaction and company standards efficiently and completely.
- Determine use of materials needed for jobs.
- Maintain time and material reports on all crews
- Experience in landscape related motorized equipment and heavy equipment
- Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used
- Irrigation, hardscape, snow removal, water features, grading and lighting knowledge is a plus
