Key Responsibilities

• Field Management: Perform site walks, quality checks, and equipment maintenance.
• Organization: Manage routes, employee schedules, and daily wrap-ups.
• Team Support: Provide staff solutions and ensure necessary training is completed.

Success Metrics

• Consistent attendance and setting a professional example.
• Managing jobs within budgeted hours.
• Maintaining low return rates through quality control.
• Reducing turnover and fostering high customer retention.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior leadership in landscaping or lawn service.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining mowers, trimmers, and tractors.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean history and trailer-driving experience.
• Certifications: Willingness to obtain required licenses within 6 months.
