What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:
As our Landscaping Team Lead, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking full ownership of site quality and team performance.

• Lead the Charge: Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all Salisbury properties meet our "quality-first" standards.
• Technical Ownership: Perform and oversee mowing, edging, mulching, and planting with precision.
• Team Mentorship: Train new crew members on equipment safety and professional landscaping techniques as a Landscape Supervisor.
• Site Excellence: Act as the final eye on every job to ensure the property is "magazine-ready" before the crew departs.
• Safety Leadership: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment at all times.

What You Bring To The Team:

• The Experience: 1–3 years of professional landscaping experience. You know the drill and are ready to teach it!
• The Gear: A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for this role.
• The Grit: A strong work ethic and a "lead by example" attitude—you aren't afraid to get in the trenches with your team.
• Leadership Mindset: A positive, professional energy and a desire to grow into a long-term management career.
