Summary

We are seeking a passionate Language Arts Teacher to join Camden's Promise Charter School. This role is vital in shaping students' literacy skills and fostering a love for reading and writing. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Utilize various instructional strategies and learning technologies to enhance literacy education.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods.
• Support students' individual learning needs through tutoring and personalized instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and literacy education strategies.
• Ability to integrate technology into the classroom effectively.
• Hold NJ Teaching Certification
