Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Laptop Chip Level Technician who also has basic sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptops at chip level while also assisting in customer interaction and promoting laptop sales when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptop motherboard issues at chip level
• Perform soldering and replacement of ICs, chips, and motherboard components
• Troubleshoot issues such as no power, no display, charging issues, and overheating
• Test laptops after repair to ensure proper performance
• Assist customers with technical advice and support laptop sales when needed
• Help promote and sell refurbished/used laptops

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in laptop chip-level repair
• Strong knowledge of motherboard troubleshooting and soldering
• Basic communication and sales skills
• Experience working with refurbished or used laptops is an advantage
• Ability to handle both technical repairs and customer interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO200.000 - RO300.000 per month
