Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

2. Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.

3. Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

4. Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of IT systems.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

6. Document technical issues and resolutions.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

8. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
