Laptop Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Biitcode is looking for a dedicated Laptop & Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support for computer systems, laptops, and peripherals. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, ensuring system functionality, and supporting end users for smooth IT operations.

Job Role: Laptop Support Engineer
Experience: 1 Year
Location: Lullanagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

 Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
 Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
 Perform system formatting, data backup, and antivirus installation.
 Handle network connectivity, printer setup, and peripheral troubleshooting.
 Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees or clients.
 Maintain IT asset records and service logs.
 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.  Ensure timely system updates, security patches, and performance checks.
 Support user account setup, password resets, and basic network administration.
