Role Overview

We are looking for a Laravel Backend Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about building clean, scalable backend systems and APIs.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute directly to core product development while learning best practices in architecture, performance, and cloud-based SaaS systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend features using Laravel

Build and enhance RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications

Work with MySQL databases and write optimized queries using Eloquent ORM

Assist in implementing authentication, authorization, and API security

Support integration with frontend frameworks like React.js / Next.js

Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance

Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and UI teams

Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control workflows

Learn and implement caching, queues, and background jobs under guidance

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Laravel development

Good understanding of MVC architecture and Laravel fundamentals

Basic experience with MySQL databases & REST APIs

Familiarity with Git / version control systems

Understanding of authentication concepts (JWT / sessions – basic level)

Strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow technically

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to React.js / Next.js

Basic knowledge of AWS / cloud deployment concepts

Familiarity with Redis, Queues, or Cron Jobs

Awareness of SaaS products or multi-tenant systems

Interest in clean code, scalable systems, and best practices
