Shift: Night (6 PM – 2 AM PKT, Mon–Sat)

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs with Laravel (v8–10).
• Design scalable backend systems: queues, cron jobs, integrations.
• Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas and troubleshoot performance.
• Implement CI/CD, code reviews, and automated tests.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams on API contracts.

Must-have (requirements)

• 2–3 years hands-on Laravel/PHP backend experience.
• Strong API design and MySQL/PostgreSQL performance tuning.
• Git, REST principles, and CI/CD experience.
• Night-shift availability (6 PM–2 AM).
• GitHub portfolio or sample projects required.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Redis/Queues, Docker, AWS, and testing frameworks.
