Laravel Full Stack Developer (2–4 Years Experience)

Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Laravel Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of PHP, Laravel, and front-end technologies, along with hands-on experience with complex system architectures and source-code–driven development.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, collaborate across teams, and help build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel, PHP, and related technologies.

Work directly on the existing source code, ensuring clean architecture, maintainability, and optimized performance.

Build reusable components, APIs, and modular structures aligned with system requirements.

Integrate front-end interfaces using Blade, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, database, deployment).

Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system responsiveness.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices.

Implement secure coding standards and follow modern development best practices.

Assist in deployment, version control, and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on development experience with Laravel and PHP.

Strong understanding of MVC architecture, REST APIs, and modular code structures.

Solid experience with MySQL, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.

Proficiency in Blade, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and working in collaborative coding environments.

Experience working on production environments, debugging issues using logs, and handling live systems.

Ability to read, understand, and enhance existing codebases effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of Linux servers, deployment workflows, or cloud hosting platforms.

Understanding of queues, jobs, events, and Laravel ecosystem tools.

Familiarity with SaaS architecture, multi-tenant systems, or modular monoliths.

Basic understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and third-party services.
