We are looking for a Large Corporate – GRM (Global Relationship Management) / Associate Vice President (AVP) to join the Corporate and Corporate Investment Banking (CCIB) Group at TEB.

Within TEB (a BNP Paribas Group entity), the AVP will serve as a key coverage team member providing direct support to the VP in managing a portfolio of large corporates and holdings. The role focuses on deal execution, internal stakeholder management, contributing to wallet share growth and risk-adjusted profitability, support to financial analysis and KYC coordination.

The person will;

Support the VP in owning and developing relationships with large corporate clients; participate in client meetings, prepare meeting agendas/minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare and maintain client strategies / account plans, wallet share analysis, pipeline tracking, and periodical portfolio reviews
Drive deal execution and internal coordination across product partners (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Treasury/FX & derivatives, Lending and related services) and branch network
Supoort preparation of credit applications and renewals: financial spreading, covenant and collateral analysis, term sheet support, credit memos, and credit committee
Monitor portfolio developments and sector dynamics; identify and escalate early warning signals and ensure appropriate internal action plans are documented
Coordinate KYC/AML/Sanctions processes for the assigned client set: periodic reviews, documentation completeness, data quality, and timely closure of findings/actions
Prepare high-quality client-facing and internal materials: pitch decks, pricing summaries, profitability analyses (NII/NFI), and management presentations
Work effectively in a matrix organization with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product teams, and internal control functions to ensure flawless end-to-end execution

Desired Skills And Experience

Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar area
7+ years of experience in corporate banking, preferably in large corporate coverage / relationship management / credit roles
Proven exposure to transaction banking and/or treasury and/or lending solutions, with a strong execution and coordination skill set
Basic to fair understanding of investment banking products and capital markets concepts is a plus, but more importantly, eager to learn and understand investment banking products, with an aspiration to build a career in Corporate and Corporate Investment Banking (CCIB) area
Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate multiple internal parties under tight timelines
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
Strong financial analysis capabilities (financial statements, cash flow, consolidation, group/holding structures) and solid credit literacy
Strong analytical/interpersonal skills, , stellar communication skills both internally and externally
