We are looking for a Large Corporate – GRM (Global Relationship Management) / Senior Manager in Corporate and Corporate Investment Banking (CCIB) Group at TEB.
Within TEB (a BNP Paribas Group entity), you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large corporates and holdings. You will drive wallet share and profitability through a comprehensive coverage approach, orchestrating internal product partners and branch network while ensuring strong risk-adjusted returns and full adherence to compliance and control standards.
The person will;
Own and develop relationships with large corporate clients; build and execute client strategies with access to BNP Paribas Group’s international platform and broad solution set
Originate new business and deepen existing relationships; manage pipeline and deal progression
Coordinate with product partners to deliver end-to-end solutions across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Treasury (FX/derivatives), Lending and related services
Coordinate credit processes: limit requests, credit proposals/committee documentation, collateral & covenant framework (within delegated authorities)
Drive pricing and profitability discipline: risk-based pricing, client profitability, revenues (NII/NFI) and wallet share
Monitor client financial performance and sector dynamics; identify early warning signals and proactively manage risks
Own KYC/AML/Sanctions obligations for your client portfolio; ensure timely reviews, data quality and control compliance
Work effectively in a matrix organization with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Product teams to ensure flawless execution
Desired Skills and Experience:
Undergraduate from reputable universities, preferably in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar area
10+ years of experience in corporate banking, preferably in large corporate/coverage roles
Proven exposure to transaction banking and/or treasury and/or lending solutions in a client-facing capacity
Fair understanding of investment banking products
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
Strong financial analysis capabilities (financial statements, cash flow, consolidation, group/holding structures) and solid credit literacy
Strong analytical/interpersonal skills, stellar communication skills both internally and externally
