1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own a defined Large Corporate customers portfolio and deliver revenue, fee, and balance targets
- Build qualified pipeline with clear next steps; maintain accurate forecasts
- Prepare proposals and term sheets; negotiate commercial terms within guidance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan, utilizing various tools and channels to ensure alignment across the bank and achieve communication objectives.
- Propose credit relationship strategies and implement approved strategies for assigned accounts to meet or exceed targeted outcomes.
- Conduct regular visits to borrowers as per Credit Policy guidelines to stay updated on developments and promptly identify any weaknesses, contributing to achieving target customer engagement levels.
- Design optimal facility structures based on company needs, including short-term and long-term considerations aiming to achieve or surpass assigned portfolio growth objectives.
- Promptly escalate unresolved borrower issues that could negatively impact the relationship to Team Leaders or Group Heads, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction levels within target ranges.
- Strategize the Account Financial Lifecycle (AFL) review process to ensure comprehensive and timely financial assessments for each account, contributing to meeting or exceeding portfolio performance targets.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and depth of AFLs, credit memos, and call memos, verifying the data included in these reviews to meet or surpass quality assurance standards and achieve target review completion rates.
- Maintain the bank's leadership position and consistently provide high-quality service, striving to meet or surpass performance standards.
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent
- Credit Course is necessary.
- 3:6 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking.
- Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
