Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- In charge of the bidding process in terms of documentation needed, LG and insurance.
- End to end contract management at the EBU from the preparation until customer signature for ISP and Etisalat.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to Overview Leads Generated and Monitor its Release for better Resources Utilization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for managing the full end-to-end bidding process, including all customizations, by gathering customer requirements across GSM, data lines, connectivity, and ICT solutions, and providing competitive discounts to ensure strong market competitiveness within the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU)

Initiating P&L to check the profitability granted for each offer and pre-asses the offer in accordance e& profitability per segment to track and manage leads, optimize resource utilization, and provide competitive pricing and discounts to support bid renewals and awards. It also involves preparing business cases

Create and implement the retention models in mentioned segment to achieve the customer loyalty and retention and maintain the churn rate in the minimum rates comparing to the market and industry

Managing the analysis on the EBU behavior with the objective of identifying opportunities that would enable us to develop the base and increase both ARPA and ARPU.

The role ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, industry dynamics, and buying cycles.

Generating Enterprise Reports and Arranging, Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Calls for the pending bids/RFP, etc...

Getting the needed approvals (Commercial, technical & Finance) based on Devolution of power (DOP)

Work closely with stakeholders by following up with them like [ Account Managers, Marketing and Decision support] to guarantee that the acquisition channels are operating efficiently

Prepare the competitive offers to acquire new accounts and penetrate the telecom market.

Develop a solid understanding of the customers’ needs and behavior's through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
