Description


Job Purpose

To achieve his/her assigned territory targets through direct supervision of Large accounts and in coordination with all internal parties in accordance with Enterprise Sales strategy.

Report To Position Name

-Responsible for implementing strategic plans to accomplish targets, increase volume, maximize revenues & profits. -Motivate and support the team to achieve targets. -Formulate challenging career paths for sales team. -Schedule visits to various Enterprise accounts to capture feedback, monitor performance. -Inform risk department in case of any suspicious or fraud accounts. -Ensure implementation of ETISALAT processes and policies. -Handling cross functional activities and projects efficiently. -Ensure punctuality and reports deadlines. -Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts' needs. -Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers' requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor. -Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment's updates to highlight business opportunities. -Develop Sales forecasts / pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress. -Develops programs to drive sales across assigned territories / segments based on sold marketing research. -Increase Corporate Sales customers' base and explore potential business opportunities vertically & horizontally, to increase subs base & revenues. -Achieve monthly targets by closing profitable. -Conducts regular visits to key corporate accounts to ensure customers satisfaction. -Provides necessary field training and enhance career development to ensure reaching the needed quality. -Monitors and develops his performance to ensure high productivity.


Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Proven sales records -Competent computer skills. -Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral). -Excellent strategic management skills. -Excellent strategic planning skills -Excellent leadership skills


QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

  • Requires excellent sales management, strategic management and planning skills


EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferable in Telecom field)
