Duties

• Perform laser aesthetic treatments including dermal laser therapy, hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced skin care procedures with precision and care
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin types, concerns, and treatment goals, providing clear explanations of procedures and expected outcomes
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations to maximize results
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Meevo, ensuring efficient flow of client sessions
• Keep accurate inventory records for product and skin care.
• Upsell skincare products, treatment packages, and retail items through effective communication and product demos
• Keep detailed treatment records within the salon management system to track client progress and preferences
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, answering inquiries via phone or social media management channels, and managing client check-in/out processes
• Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with online followers to boost brand visibility

Skills

• Proven experience as an esthetician or laser technician with knowledge of dermal laser treatments and aesthetic laser equipment for 5 years.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Familiarity with salon management software for scheduling and record keeping
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, eyelash/eyebrow tint, SkinCeuticals skin care products, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments (e.g., Botox), and other aesthetic procedures is highly desirable
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Excellent social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online
• Strong communication skills combined with hospitality experience to ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Management skills for coordinating appointments efficiently while supporting team collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• cosmetic laser: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Laser Hair Removal Professional license (Preferred)
