Job Title: Laser Technician – Aesthetic Clinic (MOH Licensed)

Reports To: Clinic Manager / Medical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Laser Technician to join our aesthetic clinic in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various laser devices used in cosmetic treatments and hold a valid MOH license. You will be responsible for performing laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser and light-based treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and other aesthetic procedures following clinic protocols.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consult patients to understand their needs and suitability for laser treatments.
• Operate and maintain laser equipment safely, adhering to safety guidelines and MOH regulations.
• Prepare patients for treatment, including explaining procedures, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment to manage any adverse reactions and ensure optimal results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and other medical staff to provide comprehensive aesthetic care.
• Ensure strict compliance with MOH regulations, infection control protocols, and clinic policies.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated with the latest laser technologies and techniques.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid MOH License for Laser Technician or equivalent certification recognized by the UAE Ministry of Health.
• Proven experience as a Laser Technician in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• In-depth knowledge of laser devices and their application for various skin types and conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
