Commission-Based Laser Technician / Sales Specialist

Startup Aesthetic Laser Clinic | NYC

We’re a brand-new, growing laser clinic looking for a highly motivated Laser Technician who thrives in a startup environment. This is not a clock-in/clock-out job. This role is for someone who wants to build something, take ownership, and earn based on performance.

If you’re hungry, confident in sales, and excited about converting consultations into laser memberships, this is for you.

The Role

• Perform laser treatments (primarily laser hair removal)
• Conduct consultations and sell laser memberships & packages
• Educate clients on long-term treatment plans and results
• Follow up with leads and help grow the client base
• Help shape workflows as the clinic grows
• Maintain treatment rooms and safety standards

Compensation

• Commission-based pay only
• Commission on laser memberships + packages
• No income cap
• Opportunity to grow into a lead technician / sales lead role

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified Laser Technician (NYC compliant)
• Extremely motivated and self-driven
• Comfortable with sales and closing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willing to hustle, follow up, and build relationships
• Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and reliable

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 40 per week
