Laser Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laser Technician to join our team . This role requires hands-on experience with Candela laser systems, specifically GentleMax Pro (GMP) and PicoWay, including advanced handpieces used for:

• Freckle and pigmented lesion removal
• Facial skin tightening
• Laser hair removal

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and committed to safety, education, and exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treatments using Candela GMP and PicoWay technologies
• Conduct in-depth consultations and skin assessments
• Customize treatment plans based on client skin type and concerns
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and uphold safety protocols
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and skincare
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Candela GentleMax Pro and PicoWay lasers required
• Training in advanced handpieces (pigmentation, tightening) strongly preferred
• Valid MN Esthetics, Laser Technician license, or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of laser safety, Fitzpatrick skin types, and contraindications
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and team mindset
