Laser Technician

Job Overview
Harmony Laser is an expanding laser hair removal and skincare spa located in the Upper West side of Manhattan. We are seeking an experienced or novice Laser Technician to join our team. If novice, we are happy to train and introduce our candidate to the ever expanding world of laser hair treatment. We are also welcoming any experienced technicians to join our team with an expedited in-processing transition and pay adjustment that will reflect that. We offer competitive commissions on top of your regular pay. Hours worked will be 10am-7pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 2pm-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide laser/skin rejuvenation treatment to clients.
• Clean and prepare laser room before each client.
• Start up the laser machine at the beginning of the day and shut it down properly at the end of the day.

Skills/Requirements

• Esthetician/Cosmetology license.
• Knowledgeable in use and care of the Candela Gentlemax Pro Laser machine.
• Knowledgeable in navigating the Mindbody scheduling platform.
• Strong sales skills to promote the right treatments to potential clients.
• Proficient in English. (Other languages are a plus)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
