About Us:

The mission of Skin + Aesthetics is to ensure our patients feel seen, valued, and heard in a welcoming and professional atmosphere focused on real results. Our team consists of our owner and provider that has over thirteen years of experience and our aesthetician that brings a decade of experience. We are now looking to expand and are seeking someone on a part-time basis to offer laser services.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about being an integral part of providing each patient the amazing experience Skin + Aesthetics has come to be known for and will have a passion for all things skincare and skin heath, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Please note that this role would be primarily responsible for laser services, but if motivation and growth is shown, this position could become more versatile and incorporate expanded services (depending on licensure), making it an excellent option for someone looking to dip their toe into aesthetic medicine.

We are also looking initially to hire for this position as a part-time option, but certainly are open to a full-time employee if the right fit is found.

Position Duties:

• Creating trusting relationships with our patients
• Holding HIPPA and patient privacy to the highest regard
• Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Obtaining accurate and consistent photos of patients before and after their treatment
• Performing various aesthetic treatments
• Assisting staff in all day-to-day operations as needed
• Functioning well as part of a team
• Focus on professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma/GED or equivalent

+ Valid state license as an aesthetician, LPN, RN, or other "qualified" licensure to operate a laser in the state of Tennessee

+ Proven experience working in a dermatology, plastic surgery, or skincare clinic is strongly preferred

+ Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations

+ Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
