Job Title: Laser Therapist / Beauty Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and confident Laser Therapist / Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in advanced aesthetic treatments and a strong ability to consult and guide clients with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role
• Proven experience in the following treatments:
• Morpheus8 (RF Microneedling)
• Laser Hair Removal
• Exilis (Fat Reduction Treatment)
• Chemical Peels (various types)
• Keravive / Scalp Treatments
• Strong ability to customize treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Confident in advising clients honestly, including declining treatments when not suitable
• Sales-oriented with experience in upselling and treatment packages
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Confident personality with good communication skills

Registered Nurse qualification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client care
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to clinic sales targets
