Laser Welder

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up laser welding machines for sheet metal fabrication.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to perform accurate welding.
• Weld and assemble HVAC components (Life safety dampers, Industrial dampers, VAV, Louvers, Acoustic control, Access doors) ensuring strong, clean joints.
• Inspect welded parts for defects, measurements, and tolerances.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and polishing as needed for product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laser welding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and company quality procedures.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of welding activities and machine parameters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma / ITI / Technical certificate in welding, fabrication, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in laser welding, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC product manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of metal properties, welding techniques, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control standards in welding.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in laser welding equipment operation.
• Knowledge of different metals (GI, SS, aluminum) used in HVAC manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
