Laser/Aesthetics Nurse (DHA licensed)

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetics & Laser Nurse who is trained in SoftLight and Carbon Laser procedures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in laser techniques, patient assessment, and skincare, while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA / DOH / MOH).

Key Responsibilities

Laser & Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform a range of laser procedures including:
• SoftLight laser treatments (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc.)
• Carbon Laser (China Doll Laser / Hollywood Peel)
• Laser hair removal using medical-grade devices
• Pigmentation, vascular, and rejuvenation laser treatments
• Conduct detailed skin assessments and create personalised treatment plans.
• Provide complementary aesthetic procedures such as:
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Dermabrasion
• Advanced facial treatments
• Ensure correct laser settings, safety measures, and device maintenance.

Patient Care

• Conduct consultations, explain treatment protocols, contraindications, and expected outcomes.
• Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain a patient-centric, welcoming, and professional approach at all times.
• Manage patient expectations with honesty, clarity, and medical responsibility.

Clinical & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations (DHA/DOH/MOH).
• Maintain accurate patient records and informed consent forms.
• Adhere to infection control standards and laser safety protocols.
• Participate in periodic training, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.
