Lash and Brow Artist

Now Hiring: Licensed Lash & Brow Artists – Los Angeles/ West Hollywood (Melrose Location)

We’re a fast-growing, high-energy salon expanding from Las Vegas and officially opening our second location in Los Angeles. Known for our luxury service, strong brand presence, and loyal clientele, we’re building a powerful team in LA — and we’re looking for standout Lash & Brow Artists to grow with us.

While all qualified applicants are welcome, we highly prefer artists who are based in Los Angeles and already making a name for themselves in the LA beauty scene. We’re looking for someone with real excitement, confidence, and presence — an artist who is known locally or actively building influence and a solid client base.

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash and/or brow experience
• Certified in Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions
• Skilled in brow services (laminations, shaping, tinting, waxing, etc.)
• Strong artistry, precision, and attention to detail
• Professional, upbeat personality with luxury-level client service

Qualified applicants will be invited for an in-person interview and practical assessment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Applying Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume eyelash extensions
• Performing brow services (laminations, shaping, tinting, waxing)
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Promoting your work on social media (must identify as a LASHPLUG MELROSE artist and include booking information)
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Participating in marketing and brand growth efforts

All materials and supplies are provided — just bring your tweezers, your tools, and your talent.
