Lash and Brow Artist

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic <PERSON> and Brow Artist to join our dynamic team! In this vibrant role, you will combine your expertise in hair and brow artistry with exceptional customer service to create stunning looks that boost confidence and enhance natural beauty. Duties

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, microblading, tinting, and brow lamination services tailored to each client’s facial features and preferences
• Deliver expert hair styling, including cutting, coloring, extensions, and styling for various hair types and textures
• Provide additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, body waxing, hair threading, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures
• Manage client consultations to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health regulations and safety standards
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build a loyal community

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in brow artistry and hair styling
• Proven expertise in microblading, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, body waxing, hair extensions, nail care, and other advanced beauty procedures
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty aspirations
• Experience using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or med spa environment
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while providing exceptional guest experiences
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus
• Passion for staying current with industry trends in color theory, makeup application, barbering techniques, skin treatments including dermabrasion or laser therapy
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service excellence
