Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash Artist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension services, creating stunning, customized looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. As a Lash Artist, you’ll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols including proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their lash extensions.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Meevo
• Promote retail sales by recommending complementary products like lash serums, cleansers, or other beauty treatments.
• Engage actively with clients via social media management to showcase your work, attract new guests, and build a loyal clientele.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extensions preferred.
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols for eyelash application.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management is highly desirable.
• Additional skills in related beauty services such as brow shaping, makeup application, or body waxing are advantageous. Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
