Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and related beauty services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves not only applying eyelash extensions but also managing client relationships and promoting additional services offered at our med spa.

Responsibilities

• Apply high-quality eyelash extensions while ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired look and recommend suitable options.
• Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, hair threading, and other beauty treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in using Millennium software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• A valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
